According to William Barr.
Let that sink in— 37 in 2 years versus 27 in a century.
This is outrageous.
Great editorial in the Washington examiner urging the Supreme Court and Congress to stop this madness.

quote:
A New York University Law Review paper in October 2017 listed many practical problems with such injunctions, and its key point was that they violate constitutional principles, undermining "the structural design of the federal courts by allowing a single lower court to make nationwide law.” The Supreme Court should indeed stop inferior courts arrogating unconstitutional power to themselves. Congress can do so as well, through the Constitution’s Article III, Section 2, paragraph 2, which specifically allows it to regulate the jurisdiction of federal courts.

He also stated that obama had two during his first two years, yeah nothing to see here. Thats why Trump needs to defy the latest injunction, keep building the wall and have it go to the supreme court, and keep delaying it along the way, just like these judges have been doing to his policies, it will be complete before it hits the SC.
And if the SC says it needs to be torn down, tell them to go get the funding to do it.

All of this for someone who has not been convicted of anything he’s been accused of despite the largest witch hunt in history. Trying to preserve America and her freedoms comes at an incredible price. I would have never thought growing up that half the citizens of the USA would be an absolute shite show and unAmerican.

Anyone who was logical or practical can plainly see that Trump is being unfairly targeted by these judges. Unfortunately, being logical or practical is not in the liberal DNA.

Damn, I detest liberal scum, even if it wears a robe. These people are killing our country....name one order that Trump enacted that wasn't to benefit this country.

He'll keep building the wall. Nobody cares what some radical judge says. The democraps utopia is going up in flames, its about to get ugly for the liberals and their 3rd worlders.

Prepare for this dishonest responses. They will say Donald Trump has committed more illegal acts which require these injunctions than all other Presidents combined. They don’t believe this. They know the truth. They don’t care.

Maybe it’s because DTs predecessors weren’t conducting business as he is.
This middle finger in the air, redneck mentality is NOT becoming of the greatest nation in the world. The man is an embarrassment.
I get America first and such, but telling the rest of the world to essentially suck it is not something we as citizens should be proud of. And, it does matter.
It has never been about DT.....it’s about jaded conservatives who feel they finally have the upper hand on the left. That’s not bad in and of itself but when it becomes a bunch of spiteful children in control, alls lost.

the utter irony of the latest decision citing "separation of powers" while issuing a nationwide injunction is comical

“Elections have consequences” embodies the above perfectly. Who knew that guy was a redneck. Your bigotry is showing.

That went out the door when the media lies about him daily, his family and hires are legally harassed and their bank accounts drained in the process....hollywood calling for his assassination? Seated congress people and reps insulting him daily? I'd tell them all to frick off as well.
You're an idiot if you think the man is supposed to sit there and just take the abuse he an his family have had to endure.

Naw, only the conservatives are "divisive".
Hell I love being called a racist redneck misogynist every fricking day.
I hate fricking leftists. They have no redeeming values and have no points to make without slurring anyone who disagrees with them. They are a plague and destroy whatever they touch because they live in a fantasyland.

His various iterations of the Travel Ban were good for about 10 of them.
