Fontenot was available “for an inning” tonight, I’d expect longer tomorrow
Ripoll
Gunter
Threadgill
Moffitt?*

And the position players that PM said could pitch:

Reid
Beloso
Bianco

Beloso missed tonight with wrist, not sure if it’s throwing arm or if it doesn’t matter

*Moffitt didn’t throw a lot of pitches but not sure if he can go tomorrow

Moffit threw 44, may be too many for tomorrow but should be good for Sunday imo

This is what I don’t get with some of y’all. You can’t go off innings pitched when it comes to fatigue. It’s the amount of pitches. This is me not looking at stats.... I think Hess threw 50-60 pitches Wednesday. And Hilliard 70-80. Thursday morning.

Its really not about if hess, or henry, or peterson can throw tomorrow. Its more about, why risk it

Didn’t know he got up to 44. That’s probably too many to go tomorrow

I was under the impression that Maineiri said Beloso could pitch after he had already been scratched from the lineup. That might be an incorrect assumption though

I don't think I saw where CPM said it, could be wrong but I thought it was mostly players & media saying who pitched in high school

According to this you can add Mathis to your list Twitter

I thought the graphic said that they were position players that could pitch “According to Coach Maineiri”

Josh, reckon why Mainieri didn't mention Cabrera as a possibility?

I absolutely despise arrogant vandyboys, and I want that arse tomorrow!

And I really want that rpi down even more. I want it down to 17.

Exactly. Hess, Fontenot, Beck and Hilliard all threw a lot of pitches. I don't even want to throw Fontenot till Sunday, if we somehow get there, even though his
appearance was on Tuesday. I say let Ripoll, Threadgill and Gunter try to go 3 innings each, and hope they are at least moderately decent, and that our bats show up like they did tonight. Let the chips fall where they may. If we win, we have just about everyone available to piece it together on Sunday, without having to extend any of them, and they wouldn't be going on short rest.

No reason to treat tomorrow like a desperation game. Try to win, within reason.

this... plus playing Vandy is a win-win... no matter the result... when it comes to RPI & SOS

the only "loss" in losing to Vandy tomorrow is not advancing to the Finals

RPI & SOS should at least stand pat if not improve from playing Vandy
