No. They'll know if they can provide service to your address or not and at what speeds. Call their CS to see what you qualify for.

If you decide to change, make sure you have some overlap time between starting the new service and cutting off the old service just in case the new service is crap or their records were wrong (ie: you aren't eligible for service at that location).
