South Carolina Cam Tringali (R-Fr. RHP) 2-4, 4.81 ERA, 63.2 IP, 18 BB, 58 SO

LSU Cole Henry (Fr. RHP) 4-2, 3.26 ERA, 49.2 IP, 12 BB, 60 SO

South Carolina has been decimated by pitching injuries this year. Even though no win is guaranteed, SC was a great draw for our first game.

Paul throwing Henry shows that this team is going to do everything possible to host; love it.

If our pitchers start dominating like they are capable of and we start putting the ball in some gaps, we could make a run for the CWS. This team hits the ball good. Seldom do they strike out, they just haven't been putting it in the gaps. That will change and they will start hitting the gaps.

Did I read that Henry is only going 3 innings as a precaution?
