Our dumb arse governor refuses to open it. Instead he sends WLF and homeland security to Larto today to evacuate people. It was supposed to crest 2 weeks ago, then again last week the the corps of engineers said yesterday it would crest again. Well it came up 3/4 of a foot again last night.

No, I am at Larto Cabins. Morganza is a Corps controlled entity. State has no control. Guidelines should be changed to help in years like this.
