seems like a simple knee-jerk response because you think it supports your beliefs. but the trend is historic, and most elderly are't part of the supersize me generation. (ps most of the US doesn't have the same fast food per capita that the South 'enjoys')

Could it be that the best medical schools in the world are located in America. Would you not also infer from this that doctors trained at the top medical schools would also be considered the best in the world?
