Charge it up, and then see how long it takes to drain. Have you stuck a multimeter on it while it is running? What about checking amp draw while it's off?
Could be battery
Could be parasitic drain
Could be alternator not charging it enough

Thanks. I'm yanking it tomorrow and taking it to Auto Zone.
Will trouble shoot more after that and will likely have more questions.
