I work from home, out of my attic. I have my computer and phone and a printer, and my wife's nicknacks in the rest of the space.
I'll be interested in this thread, cause I'm doing it wrong.
If you have family at home, you do need ground rules on when you can be bothered and when you can't, maybe a sign on your door to show when you are busy/on the phone, and when you can be interrupted.
Edit: Something I'm poor at is separating work from home, and taking breaks, going outside to stretch my legs and walk the dog at lunch.

Damn
I have a bedroom that’s basically now my office with a TV that my wife uses to workout. Desk, drawer with printer, and TV stand with TV against another wall.

I agree with you about separating home/work. I plan to take a few 15 minute breaks to decompress. I’ll go sit on my back patio, etc.
In the morning, I am planning on going for a run, shower, dress in professional work clothes, and start my day
