My craftsman rubber hose has been going strong for over 10 years now. I don’t keep it outside as I store the hose reel in the garage.
I just bought an Ace “Premium” house and it seems good. But only a couple weeks on it now.
Eley products are supposedly pretty good. I bought their ridiculously priced hose reel, but it’s solid.
A buddy of mine has a corrugated metal hose. He also swears by it now. But again, limited use so far.

Anyone try those woven expanding hoses. I always assumed they were garbage but had a few people recommend this one.

I've got the same thing going on. I've got the hundred footer and have had it got over 10 years.
I did have to mend it about 30 feet out from the female end when my lawnmowing service clipped it, but other than that it is still going strong.
I've tried multiple other types and brands and all lasted maybe 2 seasons. I wanted the expandable ones to work so bad because they're so convenient, but I've yet to find one that doesn't bite the dust after a year or two. Those expandable hoses are so much nicer to fool with than my HD rubber hose, but not when they won't work.
