Guns international has a few in the 8k to 20k range. Not saying that’s affordable but I could see myself having a midlife crisis that resulted in one of those mistakes before a corvette.

I don't own any high-end shotguns, but I have a number of lower grade guns, many are around 100 years in age. These guns last generations with proper care. People look at the price of these guns and make comments about the price and say that their 870 does just fine, while they drive around in a $50k truck pulling a $40k boat, both of which will be replaced in the next 5 years for pennies on the dollar...

Yeah I eye roll every time someone says I have a gun problem and they have, a 3500$ TV or 1200$ golf clubs or 1000 bow or 1000$ smart phone. All those items decrease in value hard and for the most part only have short life spans for most individuals. Guns hold and in some case appreciate and continue to useful for generations.
My wife understands that now!!
