LSU has lost 5 of their last 6 SEC games and dropped the 3rd game to Baylor in the last three weeks of the regular season. They really need at least two wins in this tournament. RPI wise we really didn't take a hit but we have shown poorly the last three weeks of the season. They need to perform well going into this tournament.

LSU plays the winner of Florida/South Carolina this Thursday.

A rough three weeks for LSU Softball, no doubt. And happening at the worst possible time. Barnhill and Florida will be ready for LSU, Walton needs to win at least 2-3 games to be in contention for the last super regional spot.

LSU and Florida can make up some ground with good showings in the SEC Tournament.
