You're on point with this. If you talk to the majority of the players that have played for him, the pitchers in particular, they do not care for the man at all. Most coaches play a big role in their players lives, after playing for them. In his case, most former players really don't want anything to do with him. It's one thing if you're winning national championships or even building character, but neither one of those are being accomplished with the way he handles things.

Is that why Mainieri's former players return to LSU to stand in line to work for him??
