Wife and I are traveling there in July. Staying at the Sandals Royal Barbados. Looking for things to do off property. TIA!

You should visit the George Washington house, of course, as it isn't that far from your hotel. It's an interesting tour for an hour or so.
Harrison Cave is OK. It's not particularly spectacular in terms of cave formations, and it'd different in that he normal tour rides through the cave on a tram. Near there is a gulch (basically, a collapsed cave tunnel) you can walk through and see green monkeys, which came to the island from Africac on some of the early slave ships.
I enjoyed a trip to Bathsheba beach on the island's east side, where the surf is much bigger. There are some big rocks there, and it's a different vibe from the touristy west and south of the island.
Eat some pudding and souse somewhere. The most traditional Bajan dish is a savory and spiced mashed sweet potato with pickled pigs ears -- tastes better than it sounds for sure.
If you want to party with locals, your hotel is only six minutes away from Oistins Fish Fry.
You definitely want to get out of the resort. I'm not judging, but I honestly can't imagine going to Barbados and staying in an all-inclusive. This isn't Jamaica, where there's risk of crime, and white people get harassed to buy stuff. A big part of the attraction of Barbados is hanging out with the local people and experiencing Bajan culture.

Look up a guy named Sanjay and his tours. You won’t regret it. Seriously. We spent a day with him and it was incredible.

We went on the Jolly Roger. It takes you to a ship wreck and then a second spot where you swim with the turtles. Then for the next 4 hours or so its a booze cruise around the island where you get unlimited alcohol and they cook lunch on board. Then you drop anchor and go off the rope swing and walk the plank and pretty much just swim and drink all day. It was great, highly recommend. It leaves out of Bridgetown and sails back there at the end of the day and you can buy tickets there on the dock

If you are semi athletic and adventerous, I highly recommend doing the Harrison Cave Eco tour. I may have the name wrong but in essence, you walk/crawl the cave. My wife and I did it in June. MUCH better than the trolly tour.
Animal Flower Cave is at the northern most point. Not life changing but cool to see none-the-less.
St Lawrence Gap is a nice dinner spot. Single street along beach woth all types of dining options.
Just outside the Sandals Reaort is a great breakfast/lunch spot. The name escapes me but you gotta check it out. The owners are so kind and shakes are a must have experience.
Boat Yard is a good time. Snorkleing boat trip is included with entry.
Bathsheba is a nice view. Surf is famous during our winter but it isnt great this time of year. Still beautiful.
Frieghts (south of Oistins) is an easy spot to learn surf. They will likely try to teach u closer to the resort but it is not beginner friendly.
The people have very friendly and the food is some of the best outside of Louisiana.
Rent a car 1 day (or hire a 1 day tour) and circle the island. This makes visiting numerous spots very easy. Use a gps.
