Depends. Certain things that require a larger cut of meat (ribs, brisket) would be cheaper for a single person to get at a restaurant. What are a few other examples of meals that are cheaper at a restaurant than at home?

Not really. I ate red beans and rice and chicken tacos for the past several days for much cheaper than even a "cheap" meal at say Subway.
