Have you been reading theories from last year too? Lol

All of those are possibilities, and I hate to be the broken record (sarcasm) but the meta question we have to ask is "are D&D honestly going to do that?"

Would they really use THE SAME army as rescue plot device? It would make sense to get the 2nd Sons, but I believe the real reason they left them in Essoss was because they wanted to focus on a Daenerys and Jon love story and didnt want Daario as a third wheel.

As for Dorne, I'm still upset with how the directors butchered and discarded the plotline. The just wanted to show off the actress Elia Varma and didnt handle the plot carefully. And since the Dornish story doesnt really cater to "tits and dragons" crowd, they axed it.

Dorne SHOULD come help. But as it stands they ruined House Martel for cheap shock value. Realistically Dorne would under House Ironwood at this point.

Anyone think D&D did that tactically poor ( visually awesome) Dothraki charge only because there was no way to answer the question “where do these Barbarians live in Westeros after the batfles are over?” Easier just to make them disappear in 15 seconds

Lots of possibilities as to who shows up to save the day. Going to laugh like hell if it is Robin Arryn. I expect it to be the 2nd Sons and nobody else. Dorne would be awesome though. I doubt they use Knights of the Vale again unless just a few thousand come down to march south.
