It’s a “we need attention because we’re New York” mentality. They’re trying to hijack the pity party narrative now that the Browns and Jets don’t make outrageous picks. They did that with Kristaps and he turned out pretty well. Bunch of attention whores in the so-called “national” media.

Gone in like 4 years with ACL injuries at like 7'3" and a rape charge. It's a miracle the Knicks got what they did for him
