i think most (maybe all) will be a lil more nervous an uptight while feeling out the new guy.
mainly because when one boss is forced out, new guy is typically expected to make changes.
doesn’t mean any of them are necessarily in danger.
just that they are now being viewed under a different microscope than they were before.

Orgeron should be happy that he has competent leadership after coming off of a decent year but maybe slightly nervous that his leash could be shorter.
Wade is ecstatic that his infrastructure requests will actually be taken serious while being slightly nervous about a possible NCAA investigation.
Manieri is probably more comfortable than anyone. He has the tenure, the success and the allies (Skip,one of Woodwards biggest mentors) to insure that, barring missing the postseason completely for 2 years in a row, he will retire a tiger.
