No way I could shoot my labs even if they were suffering. I'd have the vet put them down while I held them. I can kill other things and it doesn't bother me but my little buddies, no way.

I'd take them to the water for a final swim, then just sit with them and pet them until it was time. I know I would be crying like a little bitch after but so be it. Dogs are the most loyal and loving creatures God created.
