There is a thing called character development. Several of the kids raised by the Starks have become legit in separate ways. You saying Sansa couldn’t have learned?
Sansa lived under Cersei, was advised by grandma Tyrell, married the imp, was always around Littlefinger. You don’t think she could have learned from spending years with some of the smartest minds in the show? Rewatch the show and pay attention to how many times those people taught her lessons. Countless scenes with them telling Sansa how to play the game of thrones
Hell, she bested Littlefinger to his death last season.
