re: Update on DFS. HB 357 to governor 5/31

There is something brewing where some sites think they can offer dfs in Louisiana without penalty. (The penalty would be not being allowed to get a license when the tax bill comes) but there is no way Louisiana can tell FD and DK no if that happens.

Something should be coming out in the next two weeks. One way or another but there is hope. Louisiana would be getting $0 income if this happens which would force the governor to sign a temporary bill. That’s what is being talked about between some high ups at DK that I know. All lawyers on deck pretty much.
