Best site for away games
In terms of interesting cities to visit, game experience, fan experience, and whatnot I'd rank them:
1. Seattle
2. Chicago
3. Los Angeles
4. Atlanta
5. Nashville
6. Tampa
7. Carolina
8. Jacksonville

I like your list you need to have Minneapolis up there with Seattle though.
Any legit city with a downtown stadium is a blast (Chicago, Seattle, New Orleans, Atlanta, Minneapolis, Nashville). Indy's stadium is downtown but the city kind of sucks (ditto for St. Louis when they had a team).
All the teams with suburban stadiums (New England, Dallas, Miami, New York) suck.
