OP isn't interesting, so I'll ask a question I would find more interesting:
What percentage of the cost of the structure of a house is materials and what percentage is labor?
I say structure because it will obviously take things off kilter if you include land, depending on whether you are building in Bumblefrick or Big Sexy City.
