The last time I felt the hankering to treat the seafood lover in me.
j/k, I have no clear memory of ever being in a Red Lobster. I was dragged into a Captain D's once, but I knew that was a horrible mistake going in and just made the best of it.

I actually can stomach Capt Ds better than RL. RL menu has dishes that really need fresh seafood and to be prepared properly.
Capt Ds is just fried cod or catfish and is ok for a cheap seafood meal.
Their catfish products actually come from the catfish company I manage a farm for
