I mean, most sensible people have realized that LeBron is:

1. An all-time great player.
2. Great in the community.
3. Good citizen, in that he hasn't broken any laws, treats his family well, etc.
4. A coach killer, unless that coach is black.
5. Way more concerned with what people think of him than he needs to be.
6. A SJW
7. An unintelligent person who wears fake glasses and acts like he's smart because he's more physically gifted as a basketball player than almost anyone ever.

I'm not sure how he's done anything to hurt or help his reputation. Building the school wasn't a surprise because he's always helped communities. Running off a white coach isn't a surprise either because he's done that before. He is who he is and has been for a while.

Re the comment about building that school, it came out but was never followed up on by the media that the school was not built by his money; rather his name was used by his mgt team to get funding from other parties. The same mgt team that is largely responsible for his off the court financial success. Being successful in the movie business is a whole different animal and success there is measured by only criteria: does the movie make money? As lovable as Shaq is, he's no movie star. The King ?
