They need to turn back time focus on retro and not so much the new. It will be the only way but I think it maybe to late to rebrand like that as I dont think they have the funds to do so.
These local family stores that do that and have card rooms for MTG, yugioh, etc... Host Smash tournaments etc. Do pretty well if they are located properly. Nostalgia will always sell. They have to have give you a reason to go in and not go online.
