I was quite happy when the developer ran our HOA. Our dues stayed the same and if you requested work orders for community items such as weed control or broken fence boards...it was done quickly and efficiency without issue. Now....I pay $50 more and I have to cross the fence to replace a board on the "HOA Fence" that adjoins my yard to the 4 lane road behind it.
