We can reasonably conclude there is a tape, but to my knowledge the only people that have actually listened to the tape are the FBI and Dawkins' defense team. I'm not sure even Yahoo has heard the full tape.
So, again, the administration ought not get into a habit of suspending coaches based on the media's editorialized summary of clips from a tape without verifying any further.

Especially an editorialized piece from a media member already with a history of putting hit pieces out on LSU players (see Tyrann Mathieu and the flyer incident).
I can't believe there are people in this thread that act as if the actual tape is public (it's not), or that somehow Yahoo got their hands on and listened to evidence in a federal trial (they didn't)
