This is how I feel about it. I don't blink when a beer I want is $6-8 at a bar, so why wouldn't I spend the same here?

Do you go to a bar solely to drink, and not socialize? A bar is a place to drink with friends, and not have to worry about cleaning your place, or providing beer and food or generally entertaining. The bar does the entertaining for you. That’s why you pay $8 for a beer that would be $2 at the store. It’s a markup to keep them running. It’s not a brewery saying “let’s see how much we can charge for a beer that’s almost exactly the same as one we sell for $3 a bottle, minus another brewer’s name on the label”
