I've stuck with zatarains seasoning. Its harder to find, but the taste is better and not as bland/salty as Louisiana

I also use the zatarains crab boil bagged seasoning in all my boils. Gives a great flavor.

Zats - 480mg of sodium (20% of the 4.5 lb bag)

La - 300mg (12% of the 4.5 lb bag)
