4/6 Womens Gymnastics - NCAA Regional's Final Round!- #3 LSU Let's Go!

Ok so i'll support pretty much anything LSU. Turns out, womens gymnastics is super legit. Me and the wife have kept up with it pretty good this year and LSU is killing it.
Sarah Finnegan won SEC Gymnast of the Year and Lexie Priessman is super fine
Anybody watching? (I didn't see any other posts about it)

Yup
Finnegan, Cannemela, and Priessman are questionable for tonight. I am concerned about Priessman though, she is banged up again. Finnegan is sick right now and hasn't been feeling good these last couple days. Likely gonna be using multiple back ups this weekend

Where did you hear that? Not that I dont believe it I just havent seen anything on twitter today. Finnegan has been pretty normal with her posting.
Man that will suck if they are out, this was supposed to be a semi easy matchup to advance and i dont think i've seen us go 3 deep on the bench this year. Ugh.

Finnegan was held out from practice the other day due to flu like symptoms. I fully expect her to compete but it might not be in the all around, reduced workload. Kind of depends how she feels come meet time.
Priessman is my main concern but she is never going to be fully healthy again until she is done with gymnastics. Hopefully they can use her bars and just rest her on vault. Try to get her healthy as possible for nationals.
Cannamela has had back problems for quite some time. If she can give us a decent full on vault, that is a win for us.
Floor, they have been pushing Edwards, Campbell and Dean to be ready. Edwards has looked good in practice lately. Cannamela they plan to have her ready by nationals on floor.

Its not official that certain starters are going to be out, just depends on how they feel come meet time. You also have to be smart about it. LSU has the athletes to advance even without them
LSU should definitely advance easily tonight. Utah would be LSU's only competition tomorrow but you only need to be top 2 tomorrow to advance. Just hit your routines and don't fall (knock on wood) and we advance to national semi finals in two weeks.

We are weak on vault but if she has to sit one I would hope it's only that. We've had a number of backups vault this year.

She's looked like a mummy here lately with how wrapped up she's been at certain events.

I guess if we are going to be weak, tonight is the only night we can afford it. Auburn has beat us before so as long as Az St and GW dont have career nights we should be ok.

Thanks as you keep up with the overall program and scores much more than I do, but always scary if one event goes south.

I started keeping up with it pretty good last year and have watched almost every event this year. My wife loves it too. A few weeks ago M. Kelley did a floor routine and when she finished I was like "eh thats about a 9.125, she didnt keep her toes up enough and landed a little short on that last cross." A few moments later the commentator says almost the exact same thing I said and then the score comes back a 9.125. We busted out laughing.
One thing that is nice is that it moves at a fast pace. An entire event goes on for about an hour.

I couldn't get it through xfinity SEC+. Had to go to espn app through xbox then gymnastics. And the broadcast is a shitty 4way split screen.
