There is a guy in grande isle that builds lifts. Think they start around 10k. He runs a lil hotel type outfit. Retired welder and builds lifts on side cool dude

We have one made by elevette. Was put in when the house was built. It wasn’t cheap and I can only image it would be exponentially more expensive after the fact. I can recommend champagne elevators out of the NO area. They service ours and would probably know some builders who have experience and or could give you some ballpark prices.
