Answer the question. You’re making an assumption on what you think you know. I’m asking you to deal in facts, since you think you’re so right.

I’m making an assumption that you are not stupid enough to really think Wade hasn’t broken any rules. Just because he is not under investigation or that findings have not been released doesnt mean he hasn’t broken any rules. Heck, the rant has been full of Wade supporters saying he didn’t cheat any more than every successful program because everyone does. And they are right, everyone breaks the rules in college basketball.

And I’m willing to have a ban bet that if the tapes are ever made public, Wade is on them saying has been reported. Is that enough to get him convicted for something in a criminal court? Absolutely not. Is it enough for the NCAA to make LSU’s life uncomfortable? It certainly is, maybe not actual sanctions but enough noise to impact recruiting, at least a little, for a program trying to establish itself again.

We can support Wade without being intellectually dishonest. I, for one, hope there is a way for him to return.

Ditto, but I don't think there is a way. Since he can't (won't) explain himself to his boss LSU shouldn't wait to see how this shakes out. I thought they should've fired him when they suspended him. However, maybe the official end of the season makes the timing right to fire Wade. Otherwise, the program is at a standstill. Recruits will move on to other offers. What about his asst coaches? What has Wade told them? Are they supposed to just wait to see if Wade keeps his job? Too many "ifs" to let this situation linger much longer.
