I've had to deal with a plant leaking benzene into the waterway,some a-hole stole the emblems off my ol lady's car this weekend, and two cities over in LaMarque they've had 6 shootings in the last week.

Nah, that's just Houston and the surrounding area for you.
Every other town/city in Texas >>> Houston. The closer in proximity the town is to Houston the shittier it becomes.
