Some of you are so biased against ESPN it's laughable. Duke is still the OVERWHELMING favorite in Vegas to win it all. If you think they shouldn't be, then by all means go and place some monster money-line wagers against them since they are going to be heavy favorites in every single game.
That's not to say the list isn't trash, but keeping Duke #1 is the only reasonable thing to do.

Brah, duke needed to be bailed out by the refs in the final seconds to beat an unranked UCF team. Anyone who watched that game could tell that they are super over rated and extremely beatable by every team left in the tournament. They are lucky to still be in it and I’ll be surprised if they do in fact win it all.
