Besides squats, you are going to need to do a lot of hypertrophy work on the legs focusing on muscles.

Squats are awesome, but they work a lot of muscle groups and most BB are very defined and focused for results.

You are looking at a lot of squat variations (high, low, box, hack), leg extensions, calf raises, leg press, etc.

Tom has a lot of definition.

I get what you are saying, but have you done multiple 20 rep sets of heavy deep squats like Platz was doing on a regular basis?

You will get crazy hypertrophy from doing that
