And that as they say is the $64million dollar question! There is no doubt at this point that Wade is a good coach. And there is little doubt that every major college basketball team in America cheats, that was just business as norm.
The problem is the NCAA says that paying players and their families is against the rules and the punishment can be anything from a slap on the wrist to the death penalty! So whether people want to understand this or not, caution is the right way to go within reason.

What evidence does the NCAA have that this occurred?
They conducted interviews of the player, his family and LSU claims they located the handler (if they haven't interviewed him by now they never will, he is under no obligation to interview with LSU or the NCAA).
If you want to point to a Yahoo blog article, please tell me which part of that article is a violation. Neither LSU nor the NCAA will ever get a copy of that recoding. It will not be admissible at trial (irrelevant) and neither will any testimony Wade would provide. Since it's not admissible at trial it's not public record, and I'm not aware of any policy or procedure that allows the FBI to hand out wiretap recordings to the general public.
