Well in the Wade case they want him to speak and Wade doesn't because of the upcoming trial. In the OLOL case, LSU apparently wants to speak out about it but was asked not to by investigators. Not quite the same thing as it's the University that wants candor in both instances.
While they may not be hypocritical, they also never heard the phrase, 'loose lips sink ships.'
