So what's the suspicion here?
That backers were donating to OLOL so that Funes could funnel it to players and their families in the form of gift cards, paying bills, private flights, and jobs?

What's gunna make this a HUGE deal is the tax benefits they donors received in the process. That's fraud and federal and a bunch of other not so awesome things.
Imagine if you are JPF. If the Feds wanna play hardball, and IF this is really all connected, he's gunna sing like a bird. I wouldn't blame him if I was looking at serious time for a scheme thats likely been going on for decades before he got there.
I'm pretty sure every university has schemes to fund their athletic programs; ours may very well have been exposed at such a raw level that has never happened before.

It’s a win for this university if our BOS pres and Ad are wiped clean from this school. I’ll take 5 years of sanctions to get rid of these idiots.
