Microsoft PC games stream to XBOX

I wonder if you can play PC games and essentially cross platform on a game that doesn't usually allow it with Xbox as you have to use a controller.

i guess thats the same when talking about xbox. PS4 on the other hand has some great exclusives that i couldnt have played on a 2nd pc.
does xbox even have real exclusives anymore? last game i played on mine was final fantasy xv

Final fantasy XV was released on console first and Spider-Man still hasnt come to pc.
PC has a lot of great games i've played as well (PUBG is better on PC, Civ 6, Football Manager, League of Legends, Rimworld, etc.), but you can't get the best of all gaming choosing PC or PS4, you need both
