As many cooldown bonuses as you can get, with as much skill power as possible. Then start crafting top end mods and see what you can come up with. I have a +6 and +5 ammo mod, but both need 2k or more SP to use. But they are worth it.
My other build is 135% explosion damage and 70% cooldown. Seeker and bomber drone on 10 sec cooldown. Seeker hits for 250k and bomber hits for 450 per bomb and it drops 9 due to my mods.
