It’s a ridiculous notion that the schools are the “victims” of these “crimes.”
Which is probably why the judge let them off with extremely light sentences in the first trial.
I 100% agree with the defense. That said, I care more about LSU than Dawkins, so currently I’m not a big fan of the defense team.
