He's not been charged, right? I don't understand how an employee can't tell his boss about something that involves the company the boss and employee work for. Hell, he may not even testify.

he's not pleading the 5th. he's going to testify
he has no privilege with the LSU AD, so anything he tells them can lead to more subpoenas and testimony and open up a can of worms
the only people he should speak to this about are his lawyers, priest, and possibly doctor (since all provide a level of protection for communications). the LSU AD knew this and are using this as a wedge to frick over our best basketball coach in decades. it's shameful
there was no need for this meeting. there was certainly no upside to it. this is pure PR spin, and even worse, they didn't even have the balls to state it directly. they leaked it to the media like the scared children they are
