I would assume LSU spoke with Wade’s attorney after the story was released, he said he wasn’t producing his client for reasons related to the subpoena and the administration then used that as the crutch to publicly demonstrate some form of weak action.

Weak

Bingo.

This is exactly what I think happened, and something I pointed out to someone last night who as suggesting that Wade's attorney's not allowing him to speak to LSU was evidence of his guilt.

The legal process is always complicated, even for the innocent. There are sharks out there looking to make big money off of people, by slandering them any way they can. You have to be very careful what you say, and that is presumably why Wade's lawyers said no to LSU.

He already spoke to them after the 1st wiretaps were leaked. He told them there wasn't anything more to it.

So now the 2nd leaks come out, and all of a sudden its a "legal" matter for the Wade party to speak with them, and has nothing to do with him lying to LSU admins? lol ok
