Alleva just as soon fire him. He never thought of the investigation that will soon come by this move. If the powers that be has just that evidence and nothing more then Wade and the university could be ok. But now the powers may think its more to it and drag the investigation on the university and Wade for a year or more. Did Alleva think that an interim coach would not leave the dumpster to another job before a blaze breaks out? Then he would have to hire another coach anyhow. Great position he put himself and the university in without all the evidence.

I am so not angry about any of this. This thread aside, I think Alleva is a shite AD, but that's par for the course at this point. If this Wade situation is headed for where it looks like it's headed for, I think it's kind of sad for LSU, but what can you do.
My interest in any form of athletics, collegiate or professional, doesn't register very highly on things that are important to me.
