He already has done that. Give Miles a huge buyout, then actively sabotage him with fricking clauses in assistant contracts, leak out you are firing him with 3 games left, then say you are keeping him to just fire him 4 games into next season because you are afraid he might win a bunch of games because of how easy the schedule was.
