re: First world problem of the day-After hours business text messaging

Can’t speak for the rest of my generation, but I prefer text because I have a written record of what was said and I consider it less invasive of someone’s time. Boomers complaining about texting are covering for their frustration punching out a text with their index finger. I can type about 65wpm on my phone, so it never occurs to me that a phone call might be quicker.
