There is NO WAY in this day and age that a twelve year old would think it's ok to have people "sign a form" to use the N word. Unless he's got some really shitty parents that basically don't do any parenting. It's either that, or he hears racist stuff at home. Bad optics for anyone wearing a MAGA hat unfortunately and it just fuels the opinions (fair or not) that Trump supporters are by and large racists. Now I don't believe that personally but it's unfortunate.

I have a 10 year old and him and his buddies are always coming up with schemes. Preteens may not understand consequences to their decisions but they’re very clever at that age.

N-Pass is definitely a thing, but as a joke. My son came home one day and said he had an N-Pass.
For you to be so out of touch that anyone that doesn't have a stick up their arse like you must be some kind of racist, says more about you than them.
