Everything you mentioned besides Mt. Si all look nice for your group.
Mt. Si is 4 miles one way with 3150' of elevation gain which isn't for everyone. Going down 3150' in 4 miles can be tough on the knees for a lot of folks too.

Ya, I hiked Huayna Picchu so I have an idea of how bad that can be and don't want to kill anybody.
