Never been to the lock but salmon are only here when they are migrating home.

There are spring, summer, and fall runs. No idea on the strength of their runs but I do know for several years the fishermen in the sound have been getting screwed and fishing has barely been open.

Winter blackmouth season has been their go to for good catching.
