I take care of the things that don't require special equipment to detect failure of parts like electronics and such. If it's a simply remove, replace, it's in my wheelhouse.
Fluid changes, water pumps, leaky gaskets, brake jobs, body and fender work, timing chains, exhaust.
Things that need multimeters or other diagnostic equipment to determine if good before replacing is out my wheelhouse. Once you buy some of these expensive parts, you own them whether you need them or not and that gets $$$$$ real fast.
